feeling down :[

So ive been sick for the past two weeks and apart from feeling horrbible from my sickness, its just reminding me how much i miss home because there is noone to take care of me and help me feel better. It really sucks living here and having all my friends and family back in Canada because I cant just drive an hour or two and go see them if i really want to. Im counting down the days till winter break and hopefully i will get better soon!

jetski !!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE JET SKIING!!!! I went to the beach this weekend and went jet skiing for the first time. When I first got on the jet ski i was terrified but quickly overcame this fear and began pushing my limits. I pressed the gas as far as it would go and ended up reaching speeds as high as 50! It feels so good to be gliding across the ocean at such high speeds and it feels even better when you're the one driving!! After awhile on the jetski I started to get bored and wanted to changes things up a bit. I wanted to do some tricks :) But I had no idea what kind of tricks a heavy jet ski could do. I tried figure 8's and circles, I would even go at full speeds and then suddenly change directions hoping for a spin but this didnt turn out very well. Eventually one of my great trick ideas caused my passanger to whip off the jet ski and into the ocean. I felt really bad after that and decided to keep things simple:P I can not wait untill the next time I get to try jet skiing!!!!

Weekends away

This past weekend I went home with my friend Lorri who lives in Kinston. My whole life I have loved in big cities so when she said we would be going mudding(I had no idea what that was) and eating FISH STEW, I was pretty scared. Once we got to her house I met her family and they were all really nice. Then we went four wheeling; i have never done this before but it was sooo fun. We flew past trees and through mud puddles. I was a complete mess by the end. Then it was my turn to drive the four wheeler, right when I got on I pressed the gas all the way and caused the two front tires to fly up in the air and almost fliped us backwards. I was done after that haha :P
